The system is made up of multiple devices interconnected with each other:
which, connected to the appropriate software, is able to exchange information between the PC located at the reception and all the devices distributed in the various areas of the structure. It will thus be possible at the same time to receive and send data from a central office, for example to detect any alarms present on a hotel floor or detect the temperature inside a single room. At the same time it is possible to create access cards for each customer of the structure, assigning them the chosen home automation room and the exact period of stay for the entry card to function. Once the set period expires, the card will be disabled and the customer will no longer be able to use it to enter the facility.
It is possible to control the devices of the common areas, such as lighting, heating system and entrances (home automation doors) to the common areas for example after the payment of an additional service such as access to the internal SPA or a swimming pool. Ours is an innovative and scalable system, capable of adapting to all our customers' structures, from a small B&B with remote management, up to a large hotel chain with 24/24 hour reception. The system is able to provide an access log to verify movements within your facility, with indications from the cleaning staff, indicating whether the room has been tidied up and is available for a new customer.
Included in the system you will have a powerful hotel automation management software, capable of optimizing and managing all the devices in our package.
It will allow you to view whether or not your customers are present in the room, view and manage the temperature of each individual room or common area, create cards with the appropriate Encoder for each individual customer and activate or not access to common or private areas. You can count on a system completely MADE IN ITALY.
With ours card readers you will be able to have complete control over access within your facility.
With the reliability of our cards you can manage the room entrances with timed access and you will also be able to manage and associate with each individual customer access to common areas or even activate paid services such as SPA areas and swimming pools.
The system includes a controller (energy saver) for activating and deactivating the connected electrical users, simply insert the card into the Energy Saving pocket to instantly activate all electrical utilities. To have complete control over the consumption of each individual room and have significant savings on your energy bill.

With our hotel home automation system, you will have a thermostat connected that you can manage in total autonomy. You will be able to view the real temperature or set the temperature directly from our software in your reception.
The room thermostat is automatically enabled when the customer is present, and then deactivated during periods of absence of the customer inside the room.
