Can I open the room remotely or even from abroad?

With the GYM, HOTEL and FULL subscription they allow you to unlock the doors remotely.

How to create and edit custom codes remotely.

ACCESS CODES – All codes can be created remotely. However, only the following subscriptions:

ECOSMART HOTEL

ECOSMART GYM

ECOSMART FULL

they allow you to change and delete access codes.

Can I manage all ports from a single control panel?

Of course, you can manage all your doors on a single platform www.guestlock.it

The doors or utilities do not necessarily have to be in the same building.

They can even be distant from each other... scattered throughout the world!

How can I check the battery level of the locks?

The battery charge level of each lock is indicated on the opening page of the GUESTLOCK.IT web app.

Next to each camera, there is an icon that shows the battery charge level.

The batteries have a life of 2 years or 10.000 cycles.

Where can I check the history of entries into the room?

The log page serves as a centralized registry where all incoming information or data is documented and stored systematically.

How can I send the codes to the guest?

Of course, you can send the codes to the customer via a personalized message via WhatsApp or email.

Here is an example message:

Good morning, Emilio Randazzo, thank you for choosing our hotel, Hotel delle Rose. The room assigned is Room 1. Your stay will begin on April 11, 2023 at 11:00 am and will end on April 12, 2023 at 10:00 am.

To access the building from the main gate, enter the following code: 125864.

Subsequently you will find the entrance door, the code to enter is the following: 6274038.

Furthermore, the code to access your room is: 2764038.

Inside the room you will find an electronic card for subsequent access to the building.

can I generate time-based codes or delete them?

With our ECOSMART Guestkey access control system, you can generate temporary codes to grant access to individuals for a specific period.

This functionality is particularly useful for managing access in hotel facilities such as hotels and B&Bs, where guests need to access the rooms only during their stay.

In this way, the access control system becomes even more secure and efficient. If necessary, you can also delete the generated codes to deactivate them.

What is the FIRST ACCESS code?

If I don't have an Internet connection, what features can I use?

Without an internet connection, you can use the BASIC version of our ECOSMART management software:

How can I generate temporary codes with ECOSMART Guestkey?

With ECOSMART Guestkey, you can generate temporary codes by accessing the Guestlock platform and selecting the room dedicated to your guest. From here, you can create a code and set the desired options, such as validity period and code type

What happens when a temporary code expires?

Once the validity period of a temporary code has expired, access with that code is no longer possible. The code can also be deleted to deactivate it if necessary

How does the first access code work?
