What does planning allow you to do?

In the planning, you have an overview of the reservations and can check the overall status of your hotel.

How do I open a remote camera?

Only GYM, HOTEL, and FULL subscriptions allow you to remotely unlock doors.

Go to the dedicated website https://www.guestlock.it,

access your account page,

and you will find your rooms there.

Navigate to the respective room and click on OPEN ROOM.

How to create and modify custom codes remotely.

ACCESS CODES – All codes can be created remotely. However, only the following subscriptions:

ECOSMART HOTEL

ECOSMART GYM

ECOSMART FULL

allow you to modify and delete access codes.

Can I manage all the ports from a single control panel?

Of course, you can manage all your doors on a single platform www.guestlock.it

The doors or utilities do not necessarily have to be in the same building.

They can even be distant from each other... scattered throughout the world!

How can I check the battery level of the locks?

The battery level of each lock is indicated on the opening page of the GUESTLOCK.IT web app.

Next to each room, there is an icon displaying the battery charge level.

The batteries have a lifespan of 2 years or 10,000 cycles.

Where can I check the history of earnings in the room?

The log page serves as a centralized repository where all incoming information or data is systematically documented and stored.

The log page acts as a reliable record-keeping mechanism, providing a chronological record of all the entries, which can be accessed and reviewed as needed.

How can I send the codes to the guest?

Certainly, you can send the codes to the customer through a personalized message via WhatsApp or email.

Here's an example of a message:

Good morning, Emilio Randazzo, Thank you for choosing our hotel, Hotel delle Rose. The assigned room is Room 1. Your stay will start on April 11, 2023, at 11:00 AM and end on April 12, 2023, at 10:00 AM.

To access the premises from the main gate, please enter the following code:125864

You will then find the entrance door, and the code to enter is as follows: 6274038.

Furthermore, the code to access your room is: 2764038.

Inside the room, you will find an electronic card for subsequent access to the premises.

The Wi-Fi password is as follows: 01111926.

Generate time-based codes and delete them.

With our ECOSMART Guestkey access control system, it is possible to generate temporary codes to grant access to individuals for a specific period of time.

This feature is particularly useful for managing access in hospitality facilities such as hotels and B&Bs, where guests need access to rooms only during their stay.

This way, the access control system becomes even more secure and efficient. If necessary, it is also possible to delete the generated codes to deactivate them.

To generate the codes, simply access the Guestlock platform and select the dedicated room for your guest. From here, you can choose to create a code and set desired options such as the code's validity period and type.

Once the code is generated, you can send it to the client via WhatsApp and email. This message will automatically include the code for the common doors specifically created for that guest.

What type of code can I create?

What is the FIRST ACCESS first login code?

The host sends the code to the customer, and the guest will find the card inside the room, which they will use for subsequent entries into the room. The card will no longer be valid upon expiration.

This way, the customer will be forced to use the card, which, when removed from the energy-saving pocket, will disconnect the electrical utilities when the customer leaves the room, ensuring significant energy savings.

How can the guest access the room?

The customer accesses the facility using the numeric codes previously sent by the host.

To generate the codes, simply access the Guestlock platform and select the room dedicated to your customer.

From there, you can choose to create a code and set the desired options, such as the code's validity period and type.

If I don't have an internet connection, what functions can I use?

Without an internet connection, you can use the BASIC version of our ECOSMART management software:

  • Use fixed RFID cards
  • Send codes via email or WhatsApp.

How can I generate temporary codes with ECOSMART Guestkey?

With ECOSMART Guestkey, you can generate temporary codes by accessing the Guestlock platform and selecting the room dedicated to your guest. From there, you can create a code and set the desired options, such as the validity period and the type of code

What happens when a temporary code expires?

Once the validity period of a temporary code expires, access with that code is no longer possible. The code can also be deleted to deactivate it if necessary

How does the first access code work?

The first access code allows the guest to enter the room with a code, valid only for the first time. Inside the room, the guest will find the RFID card, which they will use for future access. This card will no longer be valid once it expires
