which connected to the appropriate software, is able to exchange information between the PC located in the reception and all the devices distributed in the various areas of the structure. In this way it will be possible to receive and send data from a central office at the same time, going for example to detect any alarms present in a hotel floor or detect the temperature inside a single room. At the same time it is possible to create access cards for each customer of the structure, assigning them the chosen home automation room and the exact period of stay for the entry card to work. At the end of the set period, the card will be disabled and the customer will no longer be able to use it to enter the facility.
It is possible to control the devices of the common areas, such as lighting, heating system and the entrances (home automation doors) to the common areas, for example after paying for an additional service such as access to the internal SPA or to a swimming pool. Ours is an innovative and scalable system, capable of adapting to all of our customers’ facilities, from a small B&B with remote management, up to a large hotel chain with 24/24 reception. The system is able to provide an access log to verify movements within your facility, with indications from the cleaning staff, indicating if the room has been tidied up and is available for a new customer.
Included in the system you will have powerful hotel automation management software, capable of optimizing and managing all the devices in our package.
It will allow you to view the presence or absence of your customers in the room, view and manage the temperature of each single room or common area, create cards with the appropriate encoder for each single customer and activate or not access to common or private areas . The system includes a controller (energy saver) for activating and deactivating the connected electrical utilities, just insert the card inside the Energy Saving pocket to instantly activate all the electrical utilities. To have complete control over the consumption of each individual room and have significant savings on the energy bill.
