By registering your customer through our management system, an encrypted code will be created that can be sent to our guest via email, SMS or WhatsApp. The electronic hotel keys sent only allow first access to your room, the customer enters the code and it will immediately open the door and activate the electrical services. The code only works as a first access, in fact the customer will subsequently find the RFID card inside the room which will allow him to access his room and keep the devices active during his stay. Every time the customer leaves the room he will be forced to use the BADGE which, removed from the Energy Saving pocket, will deactivate all electrical utilities. Furthermore, at the end of the stay (preset by the hotel owner) the system will deactivate the general room meter.

• All codes for electronic locks are generated by our platform, the Guestkey management software GK1. Management Shop Page.
• The facility manager generates the code (7 digits) for the days of stay.

The manager sends (via email and/or WhatsApp or other means) the generated code to the guest.

The customer, arriving at the facility and typing the code into the electronic keypad, will open the door and all the general services will be activated in the room for the pre-established days (lighting, air conditioning, hotel home automation, etc.).

Inside the room the customer will find the energy saving CARD.

The CARD alone will work for the pre-established days and the code numbers will not work, for this reason the guest will be forced to use the CARD, disconnecting the electricity in the room!!

At the end of the stay, the door opening badge will no longer work and all room services will be automatically disabled.

NO INTERNET CONNECTION

The RFID keypad lock with code fits perfectly in the 503 electrical boxes, it flashes with a discreet red light (so as to be visible even in the dark). Upon entering the 7-digit code or approaching the badge, the color changes to green and emits a small beep and by opening the door all the electrical utilities will be activated for the established time.

The hotel door opener keypad's encrypted code system is safe and effective, here's how it works:

n. 1 MASTER Owner Code

The manager will have a non-modifiable master opening code through which he can open all the doors of the structure and activate the electrical services and create the 6 Waitress Cards and 4 Guest Cards.

n. 1 Waitress Code 

The service staff will have a waitress code which can be modified by the master code and create the 4 Guest Cards

The RFID cards that can be created:

n. 1 rfid CARD (MASTER)

To open all the doors of the structure, when entering to carry out room services, the electrical utilities will be activated for 2 hours. There is the possibility of turning off the power before the two hours are up by pressing any key.

n. 3 RFID CARDS (GUESTS)

To open the room, when the customer enters by inserting the CARD into the energy saving mode, the electrical utilities will be activated for 2 hours.

NB: no code will be sent to the keyboard, through our encrypted algorithm the door will open even though the keyboard is not connected to the internet.
